Diagnosing and fixing an intermittently failing vehicle finder

Challenge

A make/model/year wiper-blade finder was failing for paid-ad visitors with no reproducible pattern. The hosting provider pointed back at the application.

Solution

Added session replay to capture real failures, traced them to the database-connection limit on shared hosting via application logs, and planned a migration to a US-region VPS with a fallback search path for customers in the meantime.

Result

Root cause proven with evidence rather than guesswork; client approved the migration plan.
